• Willingness to troubleshoot PLC programs and electrical controls.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and plant safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and adjusts equipment controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Eliminate downtime by root-cause problem solving and fixes.
• Make software modifications for cutting, edge banding, routing, and drilling equipment.
• Lead on solving low voltage/controls problems on machinery.
• Adapt new products to existing manufacturing processes.
• Write/modify programs for equipment and support engineering in process development.
• Construct test fixtures and perform equipment upgrades as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to procure new equipment or software.
