Qualifications

• Technical/associate degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing or process technician.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, adjustment and fine-tuning of equipment, fixtures and tooling while prioritizing safety.
• Provide technical support to operations to hold process standards and cycle times.
• Perform tests, measurements, capability studies and process documentation.
• Support process-improvement and problem-solving projects on the floor.
• Maintain process sheets, work instructions, and visual aids, ensuring strict documentation standards for equipment settings and process changes.
• Support the optimization of production lines.
• Support equipment commissioning, startup, and process validation activities.
• Responsible for data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
