Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Quality Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related technical field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, quality, or technical support environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with production processes, inspection methods, and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineers with line improvements and documentation.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
• Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing and quality data.
• Perform product and process inspections per specs.
• Assist root-cause analyses using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto.
• Support corrective and preventive actions and verify results.
• Participate in continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, cost.
• Assist with validation of processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Coordinate calibration for inspection equipment as required.
• Support new product introductions through readiness checks.
