Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and 5 years’ experience.
• Strong CAD software knowledge required (Autodesk Inventor/AutoCAD).
• Experience with design projects, manufacturing process, and equipment programming a plus.
• Experience with six sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, quality, and controls per ISO standards.
• Develop and document step-by-step work instructions for products to facilitate manufacturing.
• Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Evaluate vendors, materials, and equipment for changes with ROI analysis.
• Perform PFMEA, KPI tracking, JSA, and develop DFMs and process capabilities.
• Provide troubleshooting, calibration, or modifications of hardware, fixtures, and software.
• Ensure safe operating procedures for CNG fuel systems.
