Job summary

Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies in Roanoke, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support engineers with analysis, testing, and implementation of improvement projects in production and fabrication lines.

You will help develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, methods, quality controls, and documentation while collaborating with production personnel to resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or technical support environment.
• Experience with production processes, inspection methods, and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers with line improvements and process documentation.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
• Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing and quality performance data.
• Assist root cause analyses using methods like 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto.
• Coordinate calibration activities for inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues.
