Job summary

Commercial Sewing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to improve manufacturing operations, support production teams, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

You will analyze processes, conduct time studies, and implement improvements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with operators and leadership on process changes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing/engineering technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time studies and labor utilization assessments.
• Develop and update work instructions and process documentation.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering and Quality.
