Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor in Reno, NV.

You will build, test, troubleshoot, and improve processes that affect product quality, throughput, and consistency, working with parts, tooling, fixtures, welding, and CNC equipment. You will collaborate with Engineering to enhance tooling, automation, and workflows, and you will identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and document procedures to support

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing, process engineering, or related experience.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Experience using CAD/CAM software in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and improve parts, materials, and manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and quality.
• Perform hands-on testing, collect production data, and implement process improvements based on results.
• Operate with independence while adapting to changing production priorities and process needs.
• Partner with Engineering teams to improve tooling, automation, and workflows.
