Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to monitor and improve our highly automated production lines for the UPE Membrane product. The role is the first point of contact on the line, requiring technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and teamwork to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

The MPT will operate and maintain equipment, run SPC data, support Lean initiatives, train others, and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years progressive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation, shutdown, and other process steps to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Analyze/run process and test data and determine actions to achieve desired quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA, and SPC to identify and correct shifts within the process.
• Ensure raw material is prepared and membrane batches are completed on time for on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues, or inefficiencies in production processes.
• Use computer systems to support material inventory movement, process transactions, and quality management.
