Schreiber Foods invites engineering students to join our Summer 2027 internship across multiple plants in the U.S. You will work on Manufacturing, Process & Operational Excellence to optimize processes and implement efficient workflows.

The program offers rich exposure to hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration. Participants must be enrolled as students, willing to relocate for Summer 2027, and commit to at least 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completed Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering Physics or Manufacturing preferred).
• Students must be enrolled as a student during the time of the internship (Recent or previous graduates will not be considered).
• Willingness to relocate for Summer of 2027.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 weeks during the Summer of 2027.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week during the summer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in pursuing a full-time career in the areas listed above.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and complete them on time and accurately.
• Desire to grow and take on new opportunities.
• Reliable transportation.

Internship Overview

Schreiber Foods is looking for motivated and talented engineering students to join us as interns for the upcoming Summer 2027 across our manufacturing plants in the U.S. We have opportunities in the following communities: Missouri (Carthage, Clinton), Pennsylvania (Shippensburg), Texas (Stephenville), Utah (Logan), Wisconsin (Beloit, Green Bay, Richland Center, West Bend). Relocation Assistance is provided if relocating 50 miles or more for this internship. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $22.00

Internship Program Highlights

Our Engineering Internship Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a food manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with skilled engineers, contributing to projects that have a direct impact on our operations and success. Work Authorization

Schreiber requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In the event, an applicant does not have current work authorization, Schreiber will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization. However, based on immigration requirements, not all roles are suitable for sponsorship.
