Job summary

Kohler Huntsville manufacturing facility seeks an Engineering Analyst II for the Days shift to support process improvement and quality initiatives on a 2-2-3 schedule, 7 AM to 7 PM, onsite in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate process assessment, control, and continuous improvement in manufacturing, drive Kohler's 6-Step problem solving, and mentor junior staff while supporting ISO 9000 systems.

Associate or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ engineering experience required; strong communication

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2+ years of engineering experience.
Solid communication and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to teach and mentor teammates on problem-solving techniques.
Ability to perform technical assignments and process improvements with urgency and high quality.

Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate quality and process improvement initiatives in assigned department and shift.
Support daily troubleshooting of concerns in area of responsibility.
Update Process Specifications and Tolerances/Deviations for press/mold combos.
Train and certify molding personnel on Process Specs and tolerances.
Lead and coordinate process improvement projects based on metrics (quality, cost, delivery, safety, morale).
Participate in deploying and auditing ISO 9000 systems.
