Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in North Charleston, SC is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst to join the Industrial Engineering team. You will help develop labor hour estimates, monitor performance, and support improvements to production processes in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Relocation is offered where eligible, and first shift is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, supply chain/logistics, operations or data analytics.
• 1+ years manufacturing/production experience.
• 1+ years defining/implementing or improving production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages and monitor performance.
• Identify process improvements to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency.
• Analyze changes to plans and assess impact on cost, schedule and resources.
• Develop and maintain complex shop operating plans to meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Gather shop performance metrics to propose actions for Production Management.
