• Determines equipment and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product and quality specifications.
• Leads teams in large scope process improvement initiatives.
• Recommends design concepts for engineering leadership regarding concepts and specification requirements.
• Ensures compliance with regulations for multiple solution lines; applies technical standards and tools.
