Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineer leader to guide the Ribbon engineering team in Hickory, NC. You will oversee product quality, safety, technology deployment, manufacturing capacity, and cost reduction.

Lead strategic direction, mentor engineers, manage capital forecasts, coordinate with Technology and Operations, and drive continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% and 40+ hour weeks.
