Job summary

DwyerOmega in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/Technician to assist in designing, developing, testing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve efficiency, quality, and safety while documenting procedures.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
3+ years of manufacturing engineering or technician experience.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems preferred.
Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Experience with soldering and welding preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes.
Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with engineers to implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvements.
Develop and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support production teams in achieving manufacturing goals and timelines.
Train and assist operators on new equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
