Job summary

DwyerOmega in New Jersey is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/Technician to assist in design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes, and to help optimize production for quality and efficiency. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, an associate degree, proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and ERP experience.

You will train operators, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
3+ years in manufacturing engineering or technician role.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes.
Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with engineers to implement new manufacturing technologies and methods.
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvements.
Develop and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support production teams in achieving manufacturing goals and timelines.
Train and assist operators on new equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
