Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment relevant to the role.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and SQL.
• Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate technical support to manufacturing and clarify production process specifications.
• Assist in measuring and improving yield, efficiency, and capacity of equipment and processes.
• Document, modify and maintain manufacturing procedures.
• Manage procurement of assembly process tools.
• Train operators and supporting staff as needed.
• Follow SEL values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
