Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Associate in Manufacturing - Engineering Support to help drive and sustain manufacturing and quality systems.

You will apply technical expertise to support continuous improvement, technology transfer, and process validation while ensuring compliance and effective training across operations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 4 years in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 months in Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging or Quality in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing/quality systems including continuous improvement, technology transfer, process validation, and change control.
• Assist in generating training materials and providing training on process technical aspects.
• Manage risk evaluations for new processes or changes and issue summary reports.
• Contribute to process validation protocols and reports and support data analysis.
• Support regulatory inspections and cross-functional project initiatives.
