The role focuses on PLC-controlled systems, manufacturing process improvement, and cost reductions through data-driven decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for successful implementation and training of new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing technology preferred.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a recognized technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivating.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Ability to problem-solve and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Program, operate and train all equipment with emphasis on PLC-controlled devices.
• Develop and implement cost‑effective manufacturing processes in line with product specs and quality standards.
• Lead process improvements, cost reductions and efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products.
• Maintain layouts of buildings and equipment; assist in SOPs, safety, quality control and training.
