Job summary
RFA Engineering is seeking an Entry to Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join onsite at a world-class manufacturing facility. The role focuses on applying engineering principles to improve production processes, layouts, and efficiency, while creating drawings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and manufacturability.
The position offers full benefits with opportunities for growth and direct hire by customers. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or similar engineering field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CAD software and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented, multi-priority, and quality-focused in fast-paced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate operations and improve efficiency.
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical documents with engineering teams.
- Review production records to ensure quality and procedures compliance.
- Support production planning by evaluating capacity and schedules.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and layouts.
- Observe operations to verify safety and process standards.
