Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes. You will work cross-functionally to introduce new products, improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure effective coordination of production operations across engineering, quality, procurement, and production teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design engineering on new product releases, performing labor and methods analyses to support time standards and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and cross-functional design coordination.
• Ability to develop process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective cross-functional communication across engineering, production, quality, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design engineering on new product releases and producibility reviews.
• Perform time standards and workflow analyses to support productivity improvements.
• Evaluate engineering changes and liaison across program management, finance, design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures.
• Support cost estimation, tooling recommendations, and process requirements while coordinating manufacturing operations.
