Job summary

You will drive safety, quality and productivity, lead process audits, and develop action plans to investigate and resolve quality issues. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and 1+ year of related experience are required, with leadership in ONE FORD behaviors valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership in ONE FORD behaviors and strong interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Process Engineering for Final Assembly.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Apply engineering principles to improve processes and products.
• Lead process audits and verify corrective actions.
• Identify throughput constraints and drive root-cause improvements.
• Note: Position is a B-Crew with 6pm–4:30am 4x10hr shifts (Tue-Fri).
