Ford is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve Final Assembly processes and products. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity improvements across manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 1+ year of related experience, with proven leadership in ONE FORD behaviors and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in ONE FORD behaviors and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Process Engineering for Final Assembly.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Apply engineering principles to improve processes and products.
• Develop action plans to investigate and verify corrective actions on internal and supplier processes.
• Lead process audits to ensure discipline aligns with Vehicle Operations guidelines.
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze vehicle inventory root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Create process and instruction sheets for quality methods.
• Deliver capable processes and tools for Trim and Chassis Assembly operations.
• Lead resolution of assembly-related concerns and lean initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Plant, Corporate, Governmental and Environmental standards.
• Support ISO 14001 and internal ISO audits.
