• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events to implement sustainable improvements.
• Monitor results and ensure gains are maintained over time.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
