Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvements
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to implement process improvements
• Communicate clearly within the department and with stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and SOPs and ensure ISO compliance
• Collaborate with IT to integrate automation and tech into manufacturing
• Perform other duties as assigned
