Job summary

You will embed daily management, lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work, coaching shop-floor teams, and coordinating with Quality and Process leaders.

Willingness to travel up to 50% and the ability to obtain US security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred; significant seniority may substitute for degree.
• 4+ years applying continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• 4+ years facilitation or coaching with shop-floor teams; 4+ years working with shop-floor processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methods directly within manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work development.
• Improve flow, reduce waste, and strengthen operational stability.
• Embed daily management, visual management, and leader standard work.
• Coach leaders and teams on continuous improvement behaviors and mindset.
• Sustain gains through metrics, standardization, and follow-up.
