Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing process environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of change control practices/strategies, GMP, SOPs, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Identify efficient and effective ways to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Contribute to team efforts adhering to Code of Business Conduct, GMP, Lean principles, and directives.
• Support higher-level management decisions and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems, GMP, and SOPs to ensure product quality.
