Responsibilities
Work on work center process design and development for new products.
Research new and existing equipment/machines for manufacturing feasibility.
Projects to reduce lead times and costs.
Improve and troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes.
Create Operational Method Sheets and implement company-wide.
Lead continuous improvement in manufacturing runs.
Design specialized tooling for manufacturing processes.
Analyze engineering drawings for time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Skills
Electroplating, etching, cleaning, drilling, laser work center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze data and problem solve
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field
