Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience
• Experience in lean manufacturing
• Experience with capital projects
• Strong ability to analyze and improve processes
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and respond to issues in daily operations
• Develop, document, and maintain work instructions, process flows, routings, and standard work
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement changes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and throughput
• Support new product introductions with setup and documentation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Identify and reduce waste, scrap, and labor inefficiencies
• Champion kaizen events and monitor improvement metrics
• Maintain documentation and train operators on improvements
• Lead capital projects from equipment selection to startup
• Prepare ROI analyses and technical specs for capital requests
• Coordinate with vendors, Maintenance, and Operations for installation and commissioning
• Support validation activities to ensure quality and compliance
• Reflect changes in documentation after capital projects
