Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support its Offsite Manufacturing division in Austin, TX. You will design, build, and scale products from prototype to high-volume production, provide hands-on shop floor support, and drive lean/automation improvements across facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing/industrialization, a B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, and CAD/PLM proficiency (SolidWorks, Revit, DriveWorks).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/process/industrialization engineering.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DfMA/DfA, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on fabrication/assembly experience (sheet metal, welding, piping, HVAC, or electrical).
