Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing process engineering or related role.
• Knowledge of CAM and CAD software listed above.
• Experience with automation and ISO 9001, FMEA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety Champion: Develop, implement and optimize safety protocols; conduct audits and promote safety culture.
• Configuration Management Expert: Coordinate process changes; maintain routings, BOMs and documentation.
• Innovator of New Process Technology: Lead pilot projects; manage CSR; install and qualify new equipment.
• Process Improvement & Automation Leader: Apply Lean and Six Sigma to identify opportunities and implement actions.
• Machining Excellence & Production Support: Optimize machining processes; support production and maintenance; analyze data.
• Technical Customer Support: Advise customers and R&D on design improvements.
• Accountability & Collaboration: Communicate challenges; seek support to maximize capacity.
