Siemens Energy is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineer in the United States. You will split time between office and factory floor, leading cross-functional improvements across administrative and production processes for Voltage Regulator lines.

You will drive lean initiatives, redesign layouts, implement automation, and conduct time studies, while promoting safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and time study methods.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing and administrative processes.
• Redesign factory layouts to improve workflow, safety and scalability.
• Implement automation solutions to boost productivity and quality.
• Conduct time studies and process analyses to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations and admin teams to integrate new processes.
• Support training initiatives to foster operational excellence.
