IAC Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for high-volume automotive production in Arlington, TX. You will drive improvements in equipment performance, material flow, and workstation design to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams, plus supporting new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and 3+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience supporting high-volume automotive/mfg operations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes.
• Improve production methods, layouts, material flow, and workstation design.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Assist in process validation and production readiness for new products.
