Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial continuous process manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with process control architecture and tuning.
• Background supporting equipment startups or major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of introducing a new major production asset.
• Coordinate with project teams and plant operations during startup and handover.
• Drive capital expansion, equipment startup, and long-term operational excellence.
