Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Process Engineer for the Bellwood Manufacturing Facility in Bellwood, VA. You will own designated production lines, lead data‑driven improvements, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will establish process controls, standard work, and training to improve operator capability and ensure sustainable improvements. The role requires collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
• 2+ years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or process improvement environments.
• Experience with process optimization, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and capital projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost performance of assigned manufacturing processes.
• Lead structured troubleshooting of complex process and equipment failures; identify root causes; implement permanent corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process specifications, operating standards, control plans, and engineering documentation.
• Plan and execute the manufacturing implementation and scale‑up of new products, equipment, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve plant performance.
