• Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Ability to influence leaders across organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
