Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail a must.
• Creative problem-solving skills essential; strong analytical skills desired.
• GPA desired: 3.0 or better.
• AutoCAD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering team with project work to support manufacturing.
• Optimize workflow by process mapping to improve efficiency.
• Eliminate bottlenecks and redesign layouts as needed.
• Conduct line balance reviews of assembly lines.
• Execute time studies and establish standards.
