Job summary

Mondelēz International is offering a Manufacturing - Process Engineer Intern position in New Jersey. The role provides hands-on experience on the production floor, collaborating with site teams to boost efficiency, reliability and overall performance of manufacturing processes.

You will engage in projects on process optimization, loss analysis and TPM, attending meetings and contributing to documentation and training materials for sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related fields.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong leadership potential and student leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Work on process engineering projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with site engineering, operations and production teams on Kaizen and TPM initiatives.
• Analyze production data and line performance to identify downtime sources and losses.
• Update process maps, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
