Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, tolerances, and BOMs.
• Proficient with dimensional inspection tools and recording measurements.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOMs, tooling, and inspection requirements before build.
• Develop and implement assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Define critical steps and hold points with approvals.
• Provide shop floor support during critical operations.
• Train assemblers on approved methods and maintain traceable records.
• Collaborate with Test Engineer to prepare for testing and improvements.
