Job summary

Veralto Corporation’s Fort Collins operation seeks an experienced Production Engineer II to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You’ll partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce waste, improve safety, and enhance production flow on site.

You will analyze data, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to raise efficiency and product quality, with opportunities for career growth within Veralto’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years solving manufacturing or production problems in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience applying Lean, CI, and root-cause methodologies in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing, quality, and material issues affecting output.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Design and improve production cells, fixtures, and workflows to boost reliability and throughput.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to eliminate waste.
