Veralto Corporation’s Fort Collins operation seeks an experienced Production Engineer II to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You’ll partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce waste, improve safety, and enhance production flow on site.
You will analyze data, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to raise efficiency and product quality, with opportunities for career growth within Veralto’s global network.
Reporting to the Production Engineering Manager, the Production Engineer II plays a key role in improving manufacturing performance across our Fort Collins operation. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to manufacturing operations, solving production challenges, and driving meaningful process improvements.
You’ll partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while helping create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility. This role combines the analytical side of continuous improvement with the hands‑on realities of manufacturing support. You’ll spend time both driving long‑term process improvements and helping resolve day‑to‑day production challenges that directly impact quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. You’ll have the opportunity to see the results of your work immediately through improved production performance, increased efficiency, and higher‑quality products. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
