Job summary

Click Bond is seeking a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to design, develop and install components of engineering projects that improve cost efficiency and manufacturing operating standards. You will assist in coordinating major engineering projects and collaborate with planning, design staff, and vendors to ensure smooth production.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 3–5 years of related experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks; PE and Six Sigma credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of related manufacturing experience required.
  • PE certification, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
  • SolidWorks proficiency required; AutoCAD or similar drafting software beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes for cost‑effective production.
  • Write work instructions and participate in work area layouts.
  • Develop and analyze process flow diagrams to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and tooling teams to optimize production methods.
  • Estimate production times, staffing, and related costs for decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
