Job summary

Engineering Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing of precision components and assemblies in New Jersey.

The role focuses on moving new products from development into repeatable production at scale and improving fabrication and metrology methods for capability and throughput. You will drive yield improvements through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action, diagnose equipment and metrology/test stations, and

Qualifications

• BS in Materials, Chemical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Minimum 3 years applying statistical data analysis to production yield and process performance.
• Experience characterizing and improving fabrication processes in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment and metrology/test stations.
• 3D CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent) for tooling and fixture design a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma training a plus.
• Automation scripting in Python, LabVIEW, or similar a plus.
