Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes and equipment for its facility. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, quality, and safety while supporting new and existing Parker products.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership to optimize layouts, apply continuous improvement methods, and deploy capital projects as needed. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 2–5 years of experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field with 2-5 years of experience.
• Ability to apply systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency with GD&T and reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methods (pull systems, JIT).

Responsabilidades

• Plans and designs basic manufacturing processes to improve manufacture and assembly of Parker products.
• Leads small teams in process improvement efforts.
• Provides guidance on design concepts to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensures processes comply with regulations and applies technical standards.
