Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in North Haven, CT to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes and equipment for Parker products. You will optimize production layouts, improve yields, and support capital projects with a systematic, analytical approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 2–5 years of experience.
Ability to design and optimize manufacturing processes and layouts.
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings, with strong problem solving.
Experience with continuous improvement methods in manufacturing.
Ability to work with CAD/CAM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Plan and design manufacturing processes to improve assembly and production.
Lead small teams in process improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost.
Provide engineering guidance on design concepts and equipment use.
Ensure processes comply with regulations and apply technical standards.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
