Rolls-Royce Corporation in Aiken, SC is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer on a full-time basis with a compressed Monday–Thursday schedule. You will provide daily assembly support, analyze designs for fit, specify tooling and processes to build engines, and document improvements. A bachelor’s in engineering or related experience is required; sponsorship is not available. Rolls-Royce delivers strong benefits and a competitive reward package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or engineering technology, or 4 years of engineering experience in design, assembly or manufacture of internal combustion engines.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily assistance and support to assembly processes
• Assist in analyzing product designs for the best fit method of manufacturing
• Specify tools, equipment and process to produce a part and assemble an engine
• Document and evaluate process while identifying improvements
• Assist in developing statistically based manufacturing control strategies
