Job summary

Woodward in the United States is hiring for Level I and Level II positions in production. Level I base pay ranges from $65,000 to $84,000 and Level II from $77,000 to $100,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses, 401(k) match, stock contributions, tuition reimbursement, holidays, and health coverage.

Responsibilities include production support, process ownership, data analysis, cost optimization, DFMA collaboration, APQP tooling, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 6+ years experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with APQP tools and systems preferred.
• Ability to collect and analyze production data for improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical production support and document downtime trends.
• Assist in creating and documenting manufacturing processes.
• Support data collection for process capability assessments.
• Maintain and update production documentation and SOPs.
• Lead or assist in small project tasks and milestones.
