Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelors BS OR 8+ years equivalent experience
• International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country OR 8+ years equivalent experience
• Aken - Certified Technician/ Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and identify inefficiencies; implement small-scale improvements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze process capability using statistical tools and drive improvements.
• Create and refine production documentation; transition to digital platforms.
• Manage small-scale manufacturing projects; ensure timelines and budgets are met.
