Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization and control techniques.
• Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement or cost reduction.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Design and implement process control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead or support process validation and qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in new product introductions and scale-up activities.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
