Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control techniques.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency with process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement or cost reduction.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
Design and implement process control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead or support process validation and qualification activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Participate in new product introductions and scale-up activities.
Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
