Flowserve is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the Charlotte area to improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and work methods across production, quality, and engineering teams.

You will develop practical shop-floor solutions, manage routings and instructions, and ensure processes meet customer and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or technologist diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, testing, machining, or similar industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical procedures.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Create and maintain shop-floor work instructions, routings, test instructions, checklists and documentation.
• Review customer requirements and engineering docs to ensure compliant manufacturing processes.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and intermediate drawings supporting machining, assembly, welding, testing and material handling.
• Support hydrostatic and performance testing by coordinating materials, tooling and process docs.
